Perry launch the 55th edition of Malta’s leading property publication

Sunday 27th November 2016 saw us launch our 55th edition of Malta’s longest-running property publication – the Perry magazine. True to form, it was distributed through the Times of Malta and we (as always) showcased a Maltese artist on the front cover, namely in this case, John Borg Manduca. The painting itself depicts a stormy sea scene from Tower Road in Sliema (just opposite our head office location) and was painted in 2005 by the artist in oil on canvas. In the near future, we will be displaying this painting at our head office so feel free to pass by and have a look at the real thing!

After months of preparation, this Winter/Spring edition of the Perry publication features some of Malta’s finest properties from our sales, letting and commercial portfolios so we hope you like the selection we have chosen! There are some magnificent properties featured in this edition, including a unique residence perched high on the cliffs in Gozo overlooking the highly rated Ramla Bay beach as well as a spectacular Seafront Penthouse at Tigne Point in Sliema; with its majestic views out over Manoel Island and beyond to our Unesco listed capital city – Valletta. Other exciting additions in our Sales portfolio include an enchanting converted Palazzo in Naxxar which strikes the perfect balance between old architectural features and contemporary design whilst having the most incredible central courtyard complete with its brand new swimming pool and surrounding terraces.

The property rental section in the magazine includes some equally impressive properties with full pages dedicated to The Adelaide on the sought after “sunny-side” of Tower Road, plus a “rare to come by” fully restored Townhouse in one of Malta’s finest locations – Barbara Bastions in Valletta with its panoramic views of the Grand Harbour. There is also a ‘one of a kind’ Palazzo in Lija which is available that has been meticulously restored over the last few years by the current owners and is of immense historical value to Malta.

We hope you enjoy this edition of our publication and please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us on (+356) 2131 0800 / 0088 about any of your property queries as we will be more than happy to assist you.
